PROFILE:
With more than thirty years' experience in human resources and organizational development as a trainer, economist, and manager in both the public and private sector, Philémon Paquette has successfully facilitated group processes for a variety of clients including chairing a number of boards of directors, designing and delivering classroom courses on management skills including strategic and business planning, job evaluation and classification, leadership, priorities and goals management, consultation and negotiation, decision-making and problem-solving, stress management, communications, and dealing with difficult people, among others. He has developed and facilitated train-the-trainer programs for trainers in the private sector; and orientation for new hires programs for federal employees, for private sector employees, and volunteers. Philémon Paquette is a highly skilled facilitator who has received international recognition as being exceptionally effective with small groups (i.e. 50 or less). Owing to his policy, legislative, scientific and public sector and corporate management background, he has also been proven to be particularly effective training professionals in these fields.
